We, at carte blanche, are delighted to announce that the judge for the 2019 3Macs carte blanche Prize is Alessandra Naccarato! The winner will be announced at the Quebec Writers’s Federation’s Award Gala on November 5, 2019.
Alessandra Naccarato is the recipient of the 2015 RBC Bronwen Wallace Award for Emerging Writers and the winner of the 2017 CBC Poetry Prize. Currently based in Toronto, she holds an MFA in Creative Writing from the University of British Columbia, and has toured nationally and internationally as a spoken word artist. The prize is sponsored by 3Macs/Raymond James. The winner of last year’s 3Macs Prize was Alisha Dukelow for “loss of (her)self.”
