Learn all about editing literary magazines and what it means to be an editor who works with writers to bring their best narrative to readers.

The creative non-fiction editor of the carte blanche literary journal will share what she knows about the writing and editing life and her best practices, as well as supporting you to develop your skills. Jen wants you to grow and will work to make the mentorship uniquely suited to your needs. You will talk together about your goals and how this experience can help you reach them.

About this Mentorship

You will receive:

  • approximately 15 hours of mentorship between March 1 and May 30, 2021;
  • a $300 honorarium;
  • and a free one-year membership in the Quebec Writers’ Federation.
