carte blanche welcomes applications for the position of Fiction Editor to contribute to our ongoing growth and development. Based in Montreal, our primarily online publication is the official magazine of the Quebec Writers’ Federation. While this position is not salaried, it pays a modest honorarium annually. The successful applicant will be carte blanche’s second fiction editor, joining Laurence Miall in responding to the high volume of submissions in this category. We publish three issues annually, seeking out strong writing from Quebec, Canada and internationally. The fiction editors will work closely with contributors to ensure their work is of a high standard.
